Summary of cover
This insurance policy covers aircraft owners or operators against accidental damage or loss of an aircraft while the aircraft is in flight, taxiing (temporary halting of the aircraft), on the Ground and or/ moored (while it is afloat e.g. on water)
THIRD PARTY LIABILITY
Third Party Liability covers the insured against claims made by third parties as a result of accidental injury or death, as well as, damage to property caused directly by the aircraft itself or by objects falling in the aircraft.
LEGAL LIABILITY TO PASSENGER
This covers aircraft operators against claims in respect of accidental bodily injury or death of passengers while entering into, being carried by or alighting from the aircraft or in the course of carriage by the operator.
