- Original Vehicle License/Sworn Affidavit
- Purchase Receipt/ Preform Invoice
- Ignition/Boot Keys
- Originals of all the vehicle particulars – Proof of ownership, Receipt of Registration Number
- Police Reports (Interim and Final)
- Motor Insurance Certificate
- Discharge Voucher
- Original Policy of Insurance or certificate of insurance
- Original or copy of shipping invoices, together with shipping specification and /or weight notes.
- Original bill of lading and /or other contract of carriage.
- Surveyors Reports or other Documentary evidence to show loss or damage
- Landing account and weight notes at final destination.
- Correspondence exchanged with other parties regarding their liability for loss or damage
- Completed Fire Claim Form
- Quotations From 3 contractors, depending on size of the claim
- Fire Brigade's report
- Internal Investigation/Inspection Reports
